Teff hay seed

Teff hay is a great horse.  Feed.   They love it. Will be awesome for all your barnyard friends  the pigs will tare it up.   Needs a warmer time of year so it's perfect for your main season slot.   You need about 12 pounds of seeds per acre.   Here in zone 6 we cut and bale for horse hay

  You will get about 4 tons of bales per acre.  

   With two cuttings.  And there was enough growth to put 

   8 steers on until the snow came.   On a ten acre piece 

   Not bad.  From a June 5 planting 

   This is a quick growing hay.  Quicker than grain hay
