Brussel Sprouts

Brussel sprouts are a member of the Gemmifera Group of cabbages (Brassica oleracea), and are grown for its edible buds. Our packs have around 400 seeds and around 6200 seeds per ounce. These take a long time--over 100 days.  You can let them get hit by a frost. Each plant produces dozens of tiny cabbage-looking bulbs. They will fly off your farmers market table and your dinner table for you homesteaders. Make sure you leave them on the stalk; they will store longer this way! All our seeds are Heirloom and Non-GMO.
