Takes about 60 days. this variety was developed by the snows pickle company in the early 1900's to get a perfect sized pickle to fit into the jars. So the same holds true with today's mason jars not to mention they have that classic pickle look to it. And they will stay firm and crunchy. Grow like you would. Any cucumber.
