The Red Beard Bunching Onion takes 50 - 75 days to mature. This is a colorful ,Non-GMO garden seed which is an all Heirloom onion seed. These will be red with white on top and with green tops. This is a day neutral onion that can be planted any time of the year. It is also cold hardy, so you can over-winter in zones 6 and above. Grow like you would any bunching onion. This is an Asian variety that will grow tiny bulbs and get 8 to 12 inches tall which will sort of look like mini leeks. These are kind of rare; another hard-to-find Heirloom that we are proud to carry! Happy growing!!!
