Ha'ogen melon

Ha'ogen melon.  This is a very rare variety it's said to have come from Germany. The outside rind is very striking

  The inside is a light green and very flavorful will take a full season to grow and produce but sure will be worth the wait   this variety along with everything we carry is non GMO open pollinated heirloom varieties so the melon you grow this year will be the same as a one grown 200 years ago.     

   To our northern gardening friends. You will want to transplant these.  Here in zone 6 we planted mid June 

   This was the last melon to mature almost October
