Extra Long Luffa Gourd

The Extra Long Luffa sponge gourd plant is native to Thailand. These are just like the standard Luffa but grow really long and slender. Great for crafts or just plain bragging rights! This Heirloom gourd will need support because they will grow up with long vines. For our northern gardener friends, we recommend transplanting. Use peat pots or cow poo pots so the roots are not disturbed. To our farmers market friends, the Extra Long Luffa will bring a premium at just about any market. These are very rare in the USA.
