Denmark Copenhagen Cabbage

The Denmark Copenhagen Cabbage is one of the best, early to mid-summer, harvest Heirloom cabbages. These date back to the 1800s in Denmark. You can expect consistent, large tight heads. And as with all cabbages, this variety transplants well. You can start picking them from 65 to 100 days. This is a great addition to any garden line up, as well as an important variety for our farmers market friends. In the heat of the summer, you will have big heads on your table!
