Corn Salad Greens are a very tasty green. They have a nutty flavor and only take around 45 days for a full size. They are very cold tolerant, which makes a wonderful fall or spring plant. They are also a great choice for microgreens or baby leaf. This is all Heirloom and Non-GMO. Happy growing!!!
