Chicory dandilion

  Chicory dandelion can be used as a coffee. As well as a filler for coffee.  But most folks use it as a green this variety makes great greens harvest the stalks about 6 to 10 inches.  Grows pretty quickly about 45 days for greens will grow in just about any zone. 

As with most greens try to avoid the heat of summer.   Only in really hot climates
