Chicago pickling cucumber

Chicago pickling cucumber is one of the most widely used pickling cucumber since the 1850s. It's a bigger cucumber that makes great full sized pickles. Or really nice pickle slices for fried breaded pickles.  

  So if you have that perfect pickle recipe that's been handed down  this is the perfect pickle this variety is a really hard to find rare variety these days our seeds are 7th generation. And have been grown in zone six 

  Plant early plant often and happy growing 

  This variety did out standing for us even with a late frost

   And produced clear into October
