The Brilliance Carrot is a very tasty carrot with red hues; they are best when picked 4 to 6 inches and will produce nice tops as well. And as with all carrots, these are cold tolerant and can grow from zones 3 to 10--maybe zone 2 if you're careful. Will reach picking size in about 60 days, depending on the size you want.
