Arugula is a quick growing, peppery leafy green that is sort of like baby leaf lettuce. You can plant this often; it comes up quick and it is a great addition for greens to liven up your salads. For sure, great in the spring through fall and great for planters raised beds and the like. We grow it in our seed starting trays to make harvest weed-free and easy. Happy growing!!!
