Ute winter squash maturity is 100 days. This squash is an ancient squash that dates back 100s of years and is prized by the Ute Indian tribe who grew it for a food source. This is a Non-GMO, Heirloom, winter squash that's light green in color and is a member of the Turks turban squash family. It has almost a sweet melon flavor when eaten raw and a light yellow flesh.
