The Red Burgundy Heirloom onion is a day neutral onion. As with most onions, these are cold tolerant. The maturity date is 60 days for smaller onions and about 100 days for larger, full sized onions. This variety is a medium storage life onion. We sell it in packs up to bulk Heirloom seed. All our onions are Heirloom and Non-GMO. Happy growing!!!
