The Parsley Hamburg Rooted takes 80 to 100 days to mature. The Parsley Hamburg Rooted is an Heirloom, Non-GMO seed. We believe this seed came from Germany in the 1800s or maybe before. This is a dual use vegetable--the tops are used for parsley and the roots are like white carrots with a unique taste.
