Double red sweet corn

Double red sweet corn is a very sweet open pollinated heirloom variety. That grows 5 to 7 feet tall and has 1 to 2 ears on each stalk.  Make sure you pick when the silts are turning brown to get the freshest flavor you can.   The stalks themselves are. Striking with streaks of red in them.

  Make sure you don't plant them to close together otherwise you will have tiny ears.
