Buttercrunch Heirloom Lettuce has thick, juicy, buttery texture, green leaves with a small, tight head. Some resistance to heat and bolting, these are similar to bib type of leaves. These are dark green, crisps, sweet leaves. A good fast choice for micro greens, these are good for farmers markets and CSA shares because they are very expensive at super markets. Because its highly perishable, you as the grower can get this to your customer the same day with a lower price. It grows fast, and we recommend succession planting every week. Happy growing!!!
